Footprints, Taiwan 2013

Date: 07/21/2013 (12th day in Taiwan)    Time: Early (believe me)
Place: A small park in the City of Tainan 台南市五妃廟
This is “Delonix Regia”, also known as “Flame Tree”, can be found in
Florida Keys.  In Taiwan (also Vietnam) it is called “Phoenix Tree 鳳凰樹” .

“Phoenix Flower 鳳凰花” is the city flower of Tainan.
Don't they look like flame?

Common house sparrows - mother and juvenile.
Water lily.

It’s blessed that I found a small coffee shop, no fancy stuff, but the young man
knows how to brew excellent coffee.  He made my good morning great ; )

Tainan Railroad Station, the gateway to the City.
The building itself is already certified as historical landmark.
Travel in Taiwan by train is my favorite, as I can see the agriculture
sights along the line.  This building could be a tool shack, on the top
may very possibly be
the pigeon house.  Pigeon competition is a
multi-million dollar business in Taiwan.  People are crazy about it!
See the reason why I love travelling by train in Taiwan?
Getting closer to my destination of the day: Miao-Li 苗栗
This is a beautiful bridge, but I forgot her name.

I remember this: the Bridge crossing Ming-teh Reservoir, miao-li.
苗栗明德水庫環湖橋
